The Entrance Examination is a comprehensive test of accounting knowledge gained through university studies. The testing focuses on the topic areas covered in the Entrance Examination as follows: Management Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Accounting and Taxation. A smaller portion of the examination (approximately 15%) will be devoted to the remaining CMA competencies. Please refer to the CMA Competency Map Entrance Requirements or a full listing of required topics.
The Entrance Examination is held twice each year, in mid-June and mid-October. The exam is four hours in duration and is comprised of 100-120 multiple choice questions.
The pass mark of the examination is 60%, and must be successfully completed to be eligible to enter the Strategic Leadership Program.
