They add value through the depth and breadth of their strategic, management and accounting expertise. A large percentage of the CMA Ontario membership base work outside traditional accounting roles which provides greater insight and perspective to help grow and develop your organization.

Members Needed for CPA Ontario Committees
CPA Ontario has a number of opportunities for senior members to volunteer to serve the profession and the public as members of the Professional Conduct Committee
If you have ten or more years of experience as a designated accountant and would like an opportunity to help uphold the public’s trust in chartered professional accountancy, give back to the profession, and earn CPD credits, please visit CPA Ontario Committee Volunteer Opportunities, for more information. Once there, please post your resumé by way of application.
This opportunity is open to all senior members of the profession whether in public practice, industry or government. Unless applicants request otherwise, resumés will remain on file for two years for possible use in future committee years. Only those applicants short-listed for Committee membership in the current year will be contacted in July or August.
The deadline to get your applications in for consideration for membership on the Professional Conduct Committee for the 2014/2015 committee year is July 21, 2014. Any applications received after this date will be considered for the following committee year.
